We have been designing, manufacturing and installing complete cattle and pigs slaughtering lines. In cattle slaughtering lines we manufacture all necessary functional parts: stunning boxes, differential conveyors, horizontal conveyors, singer furnaces, hair removing equipment, train conveyors, drives and PLC systems.
In pigs slaughtering lines we manufacture all parts starting from stunning boxes, lifting and conveying systems, hanging systems, blood collection and processing systems, operation stands like lifting platforms and transportation systems like moveable conveyors. For our slaughtering lines we produce all primary and secondary construction together with course and splitting systems. We manufacture rails systems in cold stores and dismembering plants.
In 2006 our company implemented and use until now ISO 9001:2001 certificate in following areas:
- Equipment for meat processing plants.
- Equipment for slaughterhouses.
Certificate was given by Office of Technical Inspection. We are also certificated for manufacturing short conveying equipments.
PIGS STUNNING BOXES
Stunning box is an essential device in pigs and cattle slaughtering line, installed in its dirt part. It is use for stunning of pigs and cattles before slaughtering.
Construction
Stunning box is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene. Base of construction is a frame both sides covered by still. At the back side there is a movable up and dawn wall driven by pneumatic servo motor. This wall allows pig’s entrance and is close after that. From lateral side there is moveable wall drive by pneumatic servo motor. This wall is closed and it is open after stunning and let pig leave a box. Movements of back and lateral wall is drive by operator by joysticks.
BLEEDING BATHS
Bleeding bath is used for blood collection. It is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene.
Construction
Bleeding bath is design and manufactured individually for each slaughter house. It has two outlets: one for carry away of blood to the container with pump and another one for carry away of cleaning water.
BRUSH WASHERS
Brush washer is used for carcasses cleaning before burning and after hairs removing. In a dirt part of pigs slaughetring lines it is installed between bleeding bath and singer furnance. After hair removing it is installed at the begining of dismembering line. Using of brush washers greatly improve hygine and sanitary conditions in meat plant.
Construction
Brush washer is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene. Base of construction is a frame covered by still which makes cleaning chamber. Inside cleaning chamber there are three rotating shafts equipped with gum whips. Shafts have independent drive system by motor gearboxes. Inside the chamber there is continous water injection. Front and back side of device has prtection curtains agains water splashing. Washer works in automatic mode, shafts and water starts up is synchronized with conveyor movements.

SINGER FURNACES
Singer furnace is installed in pigs slaughtreing line between brush washer and dehairing machine. It is used for carcasess burning before deharing.
Construction
Singer furnace is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene. Base of construction is a chamber fixed to the frame. Inside a chamber there is a rotating basket on which carcasess are laying. Basket is driven using motor gearbox and contralled by induction sensor. In a chamber water is burned using chemical phase vapour method. Vapour is provided from pant installation. Temperature and vapour capacity is controlled by sensors and valves. All chamber is thermoisolated.

DEHAIRING MACHINES
Dehairing machine is used for carcasses hair removing and is installed in a dirt part of slaughtering line after singer furnace.
Construction
Dehairing machine is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene. Base of construction is a frame with finned stage, movable gate, axis gearbox, double sided pneumatic servo motor, scrapers for hair removing, electrovalves and control valves. Machine works in automatic mode and it is synchronized with other slaughtering equipments. Its situated next to singer furnace allowing furnaced carcasses slides from its stage to dehairing machine loading platform. After that carcasses entrance into rotationg scrapes which removes their hairs. Splashing water from the top of the device improve dehairing process and clean a carcasess. After programmed working time pneumatic servo motro open a moveable gate and allow carcasess to leave into a operation table for hand finishing.

PNEUMATIC LIFTING EQUIPMENT
Pneumatic lifting platform is used in slaughtering plants. It is made of high quality stainless still PN 0H18N9T (1.4301 EN ISO 10088) which allow easy cleaning and keeping proper hygiene.
Construction consist of:
- double pillars, working as a guideways
- sliders
- platform with safety edges
- double pneumatic servo motors
- safety guiderails
- pneumatic components
Operation
Operator platform moves up and dawn and is driven by pneumatic servo motors. Platform movements is driven by foot valves. Pneumatic cylinders have throttle vales for platform speed adjustments and for platform safety at not power supply. Platform is made of antisliding chequer plate, equipped with 70mm high safety edges, safety guiderails at 1100mm height. Platform has special system of liquid draining.
